Terms of Service


> Wedding Planning Consultation Fee: R300

> All travel booking quotes are valid for 30 minutes , unless we have sent you a direct booking link.

> Flights, accomodation , activities and all tour packages are provided by third parties and Your Wedding Bliss has taken due diligence to ensure the best service. However should there be any issues pertaining to the flight, accomodation or service provider, Your Wedding Bliss will not be liable 

> Destination wedding planning  - Your Wedding Bliss strives to ensure that all vendors deliver the best service to the couple ( Full Terms and conditions are included in the Wedding Planning Packages)

> Wedding websites are extra services offered and will not take priority over other services. Should we feel we are not able to deliver , we will direct you to the specialists on our database.




Fittings are strictly on an appointment-only basis, please contact tendai@yourweddingbliss.com to make a booking. 

      Consultation fee:

  • Bridesmaids Consultation (30 minutes) - R20

  • Wedding Dress Consultation (1 hour) - R50

Please be punctual for your dress fitting as appointment times cannot be extended, once confirmed.


  • An invoice is sent for each order placed to the email addresses provided. Please check your invoice to ensure that all the specifications are correct.  All items will be made exactly according to this invoice. If you have any concerns please contact us immediately.

  • Wedding dress orders take approximately 2 weeks for production, from the date that Proof of Payment was received. 

  • Bridesmaid Dress/Formal Wear/Matric Farewell orders take approximately 1 -2 weeks for delivery, from date that Proof of Payment is received for the Order.

  • Please provide the correct email addresses, cellphone number and delivery address, when completing your details. 

  • Your Wedding Bliss requires a non-refundable deposit for all items before we will place your order and start with production..

  • Please notify Your Wedding Bliss immediately if you wish to make any changes to measurements on your order.

  • Production is initiated as soon as the order is placed and payment has been made. Clients will be liable for additional costs should changes be requested after production has started.

  • All changes to orders should be done via email - with your order number as reference - to insure correct orders are being updated. Only changes made via email will be accepted. No changes via SMS or phone will be considered.


  • All dresses in the bridal shop are in stock and are sold as is, no alterations are included in the price indicated.

  • Your Wedding Bliss has an inhouse seamstress who can provide dress altering services at an additional fee.

  • No cleaning/fixing is included in the sample price, but can be requested at a small, additional fee.

  • In stock dresses can be couriered to your address of choice at standard courier rates (to be covered by the client).

  • No cash refunds will be made.  All refunds are credited to Your Wedding Bliss account for you to be able to purchase another product.


  • We use quality material for all our merchandise and every item is quality assessed before being made available to client. Please make use of our size chart and colour scheme chart


  • All standard-sized garments purchased are fully refundable (with a store voucher - no cash refunds) or exchangeable if the garment is unworn, and within 7 days of the purchase.

  • No cash refunds will be made. 

  • Should you be interested in a different size, exchanges are welcome. However, Your Wedding Bliss will not be liable for any courier fees or transport costs involved.

  • If the item is flawed we will happily exchange it once it has been returned at Your Wedding Bliss' expense within 7 days from receiving it.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process

  • Your Wedding Bliss will not be held liable for any transport or delivery costs incurred by the customer to return goods.

  • Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly packaged. We take no liability for damage or loss during transport, courier or postage.

  • We recommend using registered mail/courier services to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.

  • Kindly note that we have  requested permission from the photographers, brides and designers for all the pictures on our site.

  • Your Wedding Bliss will make every effort to ensure that all the information attached to the pictures is correct at the time of publication.

  • Should anyone feel that we have uploaded their pictures in error and without their approval, kindly inform us and we will gladly remove the pictures.
